Thursday, November 3 – Learn About Options for Medicare and Medi-Cal Benefits
Please join us for a FREE presentation to learn which health plan option is best for you. State outreach staff will be on site to answer questions and tell you more about these options, including Cal MediConnect – a single health plan that covers Medicare and Medi-Cal with added benefits such as care coordination and transportation. Thursday, November 3rd, from 1:30pm to 3:30pm.
The presentation will include:

* How your doctors interact with the plans
* Ways that coordinated care can help you
