Mira Mesa Senior Center (MMSC) is currently home to three emeritus programs of San Diego Continuing Education-North City Campus.  Here are the classes currently offered.

 

1. HEALTH EDUCATION – OLDER ADULTS
   Every Wednesday, 1:00pm to 3:30pm
   Every Thursday, 1:30pm to 3:30pm
2. WU/HAO STYLE TAI CHI
   Every Tuesday, 3:00pm to 5:00pm
   Every Thursday, 9:00am to 11:00am
3. IKEBANA-JAPANESE FLOWER ARRANGEMENT
   Every Wednesday, 9:30am to 1:30pm

All of these classes are free to older adults and seniors – available online through Community College Continuing Education.
