Mat Pilates Class – Pilot Program

Introduction class on January 10 at 10:30-12:00pm

Every Monday, 10:30am to 11:15am, 11:30am to 12:15pm


  • Helps build mind body awareness, a balanced body, and increases flexibility and strength.
  • This Pilates class is focused on spinal health and alignment.
  • Improve your breathing and reduce stress!
  • Limited to 8 participants (60 yrs & older) per class to allow individualized attention and hands on corrections.
  • Must commit to 3 months participation!
  • You will need a mat and Pilates blocks.
  • Perfect for beginners!
