Mat Pilates Class – Pilot Program
Introduction class on January 10 at 10:30-12:00pm
Every Monday, 10:30am to 11:15am, 11:30am to 12:15pm
- Helps build mind body awareness, a balanced body, and increases flexibility and strength.
- This Pilates class is focused on spinal health and alignment.
- Improve your breathing and reduce stress!
- Limited to 8 participants (60 yrs & older) per class to allow individualized attention and hands on corrections.
- Must commit to 3 months participation!
- You will need a mat and Pilates blocks.
- Perfect for beginners!
